• Carport, space in driveway and street for parking
• One-person occupancy

Utilities

• 1/3 the tenant’s responsibility.
• This includes water, gas, electricity, thrash and Internet.

Security Deposit

• First month’s rent due on move-in.

• Very nice, quiet neighborhood in Johns Creek
• 10-minute drive to the Avalon in Alpharetta
• 5-minute drive to Aldi, Kroger, and Publix
• 5-minute drive to the Greenway trail

Criteria to Qualify:

• Monthly Gross income must be $4200 to qualify
• Credit Score must be over 600
• Must pass a background Check
• No prior Evictions
• No Pets
• Applicant must be non-smoker(cigarette)
• Must be clean and tidy

• I (male) work as a software developer for an Investment company.
• My partner (female) works as a credentialer for a staffing agency for doctors.
• We are between the ages of 25 and 30
• We both enjoy a quiet relaxing life. I normally sleep by 11 pm and wake up at 7 am.
• We enjoy going biking, running and just spending time in nature
