Open concept fully renovated 3 bedroom/2bath home close to downtown Fort Myers, FL located off of Mcgregor Blvd between the Edison country club and Edison home. I’m looking to rent 1 or possibly 2 rooms. If needed bedroom can be furnished with Queen size memory foam zinus mattress and frame, 32“ Roku TV, chest of drawers, and desk. High speed internet included with Netflix. Large private bathroom included for the months of mid august through early June (not including the summer when my sons will be in the home). Screened in lanai with nice shaded back yard, home gym in the garage with full squat rack, bench, and full dumb bell set. House is well kept, clean, yard well kept.

I am a 34 year old male healthcare professional. I work 5-6 days per week. I’m super easy going and laid back. For 9 weeks during the summer mid June- early August my two sons (10 and 6 years old) will be living in the home as well. I have two dogs that will be crated when I am not home. The dogs are not allowed on the furniture, and I will soon have a privacy fenced in back yard for them to spend most of their time in.
