Home is in quaint and beautiful Eastlake Greens. Walking distance to Eastlake Golf Course, Otay Lakes, Parks, Shopping Plazas, Restaurants, Otay Ranch Mall, and freeways. Great community to go in walks, bike, or jog/run. Room for rent is a bedroom downstairs with French doors (doors will have cover) near kitchen and shared common bathroom. Roomie will 1-car space available in driveway (no vehicle oil leakages please). Very friendly and nice neighborhood with great residents! This community have an Association so it’s well-kept. Very safe and peaceful!

I’m an older Hispanic women and would be comfortable with a roomie that is also an older Hispanic woman 50+ years and over, non-smoker, non-drinker, non-violent or aggressive. It’s a happy, calm and peaceful home. I do have 3 cats and a medium size dog, but they’re well-behaved and not inside the house (they live in garage at night and play outside in the daytime.) The house is very clean so no need to worry about allergens!
