Drew's room

Looking for someone to take over a room in our 3B/1B apartment in the North End, ideally starting September 1st. The apartment is cozy, clean, and a short walk to all the North End restaurants. The kitchen has granite counter tops and all new, updated appliances. The bathroom is also newly renovated with a large shower and a closet for extra storage. The room that we are looking to fill is incredibly spacious and has a private entrance to the hall. Our previous roommate easily fit a dresser, couch, queen bed, and a desk with room to spare. The room also has a large closet. Coin-op laundry for the building is located across the hall from our apartment.

Due to COVID, none of us have been living there since March, so unfortunately we don’t have updated photos of the furnished living room and kitchen and therefore had to use the realtor photos from when we first moved in. The living space is fully furnished with two couches, tv, kitchen table and all other kitchen necessities.

Drew and Jack are both 24 year old young professionals. Drew is from New Hampshire, works in solar, and enjoys running in the city. Jack is from Pennsylvania and works remotely for an energy efficiency company. They both enjoy getting drinks out in the city, but also love an easy night in watching football or Netflix.
