My Current roommate is moving out, we lived in this apartment for 2 years and its an awesome unit so I don’t want to leave!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It’s a cozy unit on the 1st floor of the building (with a garden unit beneath). It has hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms, huge living room and kitchen space, a dishwasher, and street parking is great on the quiet street, free laundry in the basement just shared with one other unit. The bedroom is large can fit a Queen bed easily and have decent size closet. internet, gas and electric will be split 50/50 and can range from $50-80 depending on month. No smoking in the house, and no pets.

Great location! Close to Brown line station, the #50 bus that takes you right to Wicker park is literally just outside the door. Jewel Osco is about a 3 minute walk, Trader Joes is around 15 mins walk. 24 hr CVS is 5 mins away, Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance, and 3 different breweries all less than a 10 min walk!

I am a mid 20s female that works downtown 9-5 M-F. I am laid back and respect your personal space, I try to keep the common area tidy. I like to have a few people over once in a while, but it will never be a house party. I like to go on bike rides on the weekends but will generally be home mostly during the weekdays after work.

Looking for a Female Roommate In their 20s or 30s, preferably a professional. Some things I am looking for in a roommate: -Someone who is tidy, but don’t need to be OCD -Generally mindful that we have a shared space and put things away -Someone that is social, but not a partier -Financially reliable (pays rent on time) -Friendly & respectful
