Hi there. I’m looking for a female roommate to sign a one year lease with me and share this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Herndon starting in October 19. I’ve lived in this building for the past two years and had a great experience.

Just to put it out there, I don’t have male visitors or overnight guests, and would ask for a roommate who feels the same.

Unit is on the top floor, and is 1041 sq. ft.

The apartment is unfurnished and comes with a spacious patio, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, W/D and you would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The building has a nice variety of amenities such as a pool, business center, outdoor courtyard, rooftop, gym, monthly community events and daily trash pick up at your doorstep.

The monthly rent will come to about $950 for you + utilities (water, electricity, Internet, valet trash, garage parking), which would be split between us. The total would probably come to about $1100-1200 a month, all expenses included.

Unfortunately no pets (sorry!)
