I’m seeking a responsible roommate to share a recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. You will have your own private, furnished room complete with a personal bathroom.

Our shared living spaces include a newly updated kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a cozy common area. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The third room remains unoccupied, serving as a flexible space for a home office or guest room, adding a unique flexibility to our shared home.

About me: I’m a physical therapist working primarily in Jersey City. I maintain a second residence there, so I’m typically only in the Rutherford apartment once or twice a week. Essentially, you will enjoy the perks of an entire apartment, the majority of the time, at a shared room rate!

The rent for this spacious, semi-private accommodation is $1,400 per month.

Our apartment is ideally located in the friendly and safe neighborhood of Rutherford, just two blocks from the 190 bus route with direct access to the Port Authority – a mere 30-40 minute commute.
