TO CLARIFY… THE HOME IS IN CHATTANOOGA,TN. LUPTON CITY IN HAMILTON COUNTY WHICH IS IN CHATTANOOGA. My home is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom located only 12 minutes from downtown, 8 mins to northgate mall and is pretty much close to just about everywhere you need. It has a fenced in yard and street parking. The home is fully furnished minus the spare room, but if you have any furniture youd like to throw in the mix, Im flexible. There’s a small park around the corner that offers tennis courts, hiking trails and even water access to launch a kayak, etc. Conveniently around the corner, there’s a grocery store, local dive bar, a pharmacy and a neighborhood Wal-Mart market. My neighborhood is a historic subdivision that houses young couples, starter families and mature young adults. I’ve lived in and owned the home for 6 years now and .I have 2 very loving dogs, so adding more to the mix would be too much. Gandalf is a great dane who o crate when I’m away from the house and Ruckus is a bull mastiff and pit mix that is very well trained and older so both dogs are very easy to live with. Other than that, feel free to ask KY whatever…. I’m just looking for someone who understands mutual respect and will clean up after themselves.

I’m the roommate and landlord. I’m 33 years old, but I have a very youthful spirit and am an old soul. I’m chill, a hard worker, fun, active and very open minded and respectful of boundaries. I also enjoy cooking and kayaking.
