Kim's room

Hi there! My girlfriend and I are looking to move into a 2 BR Townhouse here at Brookside Park Apartments in Redlands, CA. The townhouse will be furnished, and the roommate will have access to the kitchen, refrigerator, appliances, etc. Meals will be offered if we cook that night, and if you are home for dinner! Female roommate preferred, room will have a bed and mattress. Right near Loma Linda University, and the University of Redlands. The lease is 10 months, so we do expect the roommate to stay the full length of the lease, unless an emergency of course.

My girlfriend (20) and myself (20) are looking for a female roommate, moving in March 2021. We have 3 cats, and one is a certified ESA, so no other pets please! We both work two jobs, and I go to university, so we will be home nights mostly.
