The apartment is extremely close to campus, roughly a five minute walk. The rent is extremely cheap for the area, and the utilities are typically only about 20$ a month. The apartment is laid back and we are easy to live with. You will not find cheaper rent in Ashland.
About the roomies
We are two boys finishing college at SOU. We keep to ourselves for the most part and hang out occasionally.
