Unfurnished basement for rent in a 2.5 Bath Town House. Move-in is preferable to be September 25th (that is when we are moving in) with a base rent of $908. We have two pups, and while we love animals, we are at the capacity for animals allowed, sorry!

We are looking for a third roommate to move into the basement of a townhome at the apartment complex Lex at Lowry. The basement would be yours to utilize however, except that the washer and dryer are down there and my other roommate and I would need to use it from time to time. It would be big enough to stick a king-size bed along with having a small couch/living room area. There is a sink in the basement and the main floor half bath would be yours to use or the 3rd-floor bathroom as well. Ample storage space for you to use in the basement as well and you would have full utilization of the kitchen, living room, and back patio which would be already furnished. My roommate and I would be mostly upstairs or in the living room for the most part and would respect your space.

The apartment complex itself comes with a ton of amenities such as a gym, pools, a sauna, tennis courts, basketball courts, workout classes, and much more. Please reach out if interested - I also have a virtual tour that I would be more than happy to share with you.

I love to hike, play tennis, videogames, eat anything good, and hang out with friends. I am pretty organized and neat and often keep to myself but would love to be friends with our third roommate. I am a young professional that has a typical 9 - 5 job.

She is a young professional who is currently working from home with COVID happening. She is easy to get along with, extremely sarcastic, and fun. She equally would like to be on good terms with our third roommate.
