I am looking for someone (preferably young professional women) who is tidy, communicative, respectful, and fun-loving to rent a room and join this lovely home minutes away from Tyson’s Corner! The furnished room a suite that includes its own bathroom with lots of closet space. Utilities are usually less than $100 per month.
Common spaces include the living room, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and patio. The condo was recently renovated with a beautiful kitchen that has modern fixtures as well as recently renovated bathrooms. The condo comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, parking space, as well as heating and air-conditioning from a new air conditioning system. The condo also already has WiFi installed and have most furnishings already, but you can bring your own furniture.
