West Belmont Avenue

Our beloved roommate, Nicole, is moving in with her boyfriend and we would love to find someone to fill our third room. With windows on windows, views of the Hancock, big closets/rooms, and an amazing commute to downtown we feel incredibly lucky to have found such a steal and there’s no place we’d rather be. Our apartment is located in Lakeview East, 1 block from express buses to downtown, 2 blocks from Belmont CTA stop, and surrounded by dozens of yummy restaurants, bars, gyms, and anything else you’d ever need across the street. We live in a spacious three bedroom in a sky rise in a corner apartment and have huge windows in all bedrooms and in main family room. Our apartment building is currently under renovations and in the next few months we will be having our kitchen remodeled and new hard wood floors installed.

But enough about our incredible apartment… a little more about us. We are a couple of outgoing, fun-loving girls who love to eat, work out and go out to enjoy the city but we also are no strangers to staying in for a good wine night and Gossip Girl marathon. My roommate and I both graduated from Loyola so are very familiar with Chicago and would be happy to re-explore everything with someone new!
