After just closing on our first home, my wife and I are offering a lease takeover of a very nice space in Stamford, CT. This is a special offer for several reasons;

• FIRST MONTH FREE! - We just need to get out of the lease asap. Yes, its exactly what it sounds like. We will pay your first month rent.

• The rent is fixed and cheaper than any other rent in the building for the remainder of the lease term, ending in February, 2024.

• The apartment comes with two parking spaces. The first one is free and comes with the apartment. The second space is $125 / month, whereas a second space are usually charged at $150 / month. The spot is directly next to the back door of the building so it’s very safe, well lit and bringing in groceries was never easier. You can also just keep the one space and pay nothing extra.

• It has as a washer/dryer/dishwasher/gas range/oven/microwave all in apartment.

• 2 bedrooms each with dedicated bathroom. Master suite is spacious, leads to a walk-in closet and private bath.

• Also has a bonus room we use as a shared office / storage space adjacent to the living room.

• We are located directly next to the University of Connecticut; within 10/15 minute walking distance to the train station, 5 min walk to nightlife and beautiful Mill River Park. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Stamford.

It is a two bedroom apartment with a spacious floor space and kitchen. It is currently furnished, most items will be going unless the potential tenant wants some furniture, always negotiable. The apartment is on the second story, so you get safety and security without a long climb up several flights of stairs. There is a choice of two stairwells (one really nice spiral staircase and one fire route) as well as two elevators.

The Building:

Our building has a gym for residents and a rooftop lounge in the warm months which has tv’s, grills, tables, fire pits and a ping pong table. Outside of that there is a full and free barista station in the downstairs lounge (unlimited coffee/tea), which also sports a newly felted pool table. Other tenants are really nice and respectful, landlord and staff are friendly, packages are easy to pick up from a secure package room. Living here is like living in a hotel.

The room is available in September, the date listed is tentative and can be negotiated. There is a credit check for new people (building policy).

All in all, Emily and I have been living in Stamford for almost 7 years - 5 of which have been here at the Blvd - and that’s for a reason! In that time we have seen all of the comparable apartments in the area and the Blvd has them beat in both quality of living and price.

Who We Are:

We are Emily and Dan. Emily is a web developer who works remotely and Dan is a home inspector. We would be moving out and you would be taking over the lease.
