I am looking for 1 roommate for the 1 empty room in this first floor apartment. Electricity & water are included in rent, but no other utilities are. The cost of the utilities would be split 3 ways. During the winter I may be eligible for heating assistance which could lower bills. No pets or smoking.

There is a single bathroom. All shared spaces should be kept clean.

The apartment is within walking distance of both the MBTA bus network and the Quincy Center Red Line station. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance of a stop & shop grocery store.

Apologies for the mess in the pictures, my current roommates are moving out, so they have been packing and sorting their stuff.

I am a 24 year old queer woman, looking for other queer people to rent along side. I am disabled and a digital artist. I am generally quiet and happy to keep to myself, but am also open to friendly interaction such as sharing food on occasion, etc.
