I have a room (furnished or un-furnished) available in the Richardson area. I’m looking to rent out to someone that is respectful and clean. This would be a clean and peaceful house.

I’m looking for someone who can take care of the living areas and clean after themselves. Someone who can respect the times of day and understands that night is a time to sleep assuming roomies schedules match. Basically looking for someone that’s considerate without having to be told the obvious.
