This is for a private, unfurnished bedroom and semi-private, en suite bathroom in a 950 sq ft condo near many stores and restaurants in Santa Maria. The rental is available from September 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021. The $900/month rental price is inclusive of utilities and internet (200mbps). The complex is in a gated community with a private pool, and the unit is toward the back of the complex so it’s quieter than many of the other buildings. About 20 min to VAFB. You will get a covered, reserved parking spot closest to the condo. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, and each bedroom and bathroom are the same size. You would have your own bathroom, but any occasional house guests would use your bathroom since it is accessible from the living area. I am renting this condo from another person, so you would be required to submit information to him for a credit and background check prior to approval. (pictures are old, the room is not decorated for a grandma anymore)

I am primarily working remotely from home due to covid restrictions, so I ask for quieter conditions during the work day. I am quiet, clean, organized, and respectful of others. I enjoy hiking, playing sports, reading, board games, and pizza :) I am looking for a very clean and responsible roommate. All common areas will be shared equally, but the expectation would be that both of us clean up after ourselves.
