It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a residential neighborhood. Full shared access to amenities to kitchen and common areas which include: refrigerator, air conditioning, heater, washer dryer, and other amenities. Parking on street right in front of home with plenty of spots available. Common areas are spacious. Clubhouse with swimming pool and recreation available to tenants. Close to freeway and shopping/banks. One of the 3 single bedrooms is available. Single adult only and shared bathroom with 3 people total. No prior evictions. Credit and background check. $30 application fee.

There is a couple in the master bedroom and 2 males in the other bedrooms. A small Boston terrier also “guards” the property. We can have a meeting to get to know each other beforehand and set any reasonable house rules. Three important house rules are: 1) Respect privacy and do not enter other rooms without express permission, 2) Keep main door and side gate closed and locked at all times for safety and so the dog doesn’t get out, and 3) must pay bills on time. Not a party house, but alcohol and smoker friendly. No alcoholics and smoking is outside only.
