The bedroom is on the second floor. A window faces the little wood. Neighborhood is very quiet and is surrounded by green space. It is close to Intel, Nike, and Pacific University. The bus stop is right at the entrance of neighborhood. It is about 15 min walk to the Orenco Max station.
You will be sharing the space with a female and male professionals. We are quiet, friendly and take a good care of the house. Rent is 750 per month, Plus 1/3 Utilities and WiFi. I will ask to pay for your first and last month in advance plus $600 security deposit. Please do not inquire if you have pets or if you’re a smoker (of any kind).
