I’m looking for a female roommate to take over my lease on an apartment room in the Mission Hill area of Boston, right off the green line. It’s a 3rd floor apartment with 4 bedrooms, split with 3 other female roommates, includes a living room area, a kitchen, shared bathroom, and back room storage for larger bins. Room comes furnished with bed, desk and dresser, only has one window but gets plenty of light. There is a closet in the room and you have access to a hallway closet for additional storage. Shared kitchen/fridge with all appliances/amenities needed and plenty of cookware. Large pantry for you to put dry goods and communal living room is perfect for hosting friends or spending time out of your room. Utilities shared are heat, electric and WiFi - split four ways. We’ve never had a problem with mice/bugs. Landlord’s brother lives on second floor so he is able to fix any issues we have with lights/appliances/etc. No pets allowed but I did have an ESA cat that was perfectly fine. No smoking in apartment, weed use in room is fine and drinking is fine.

Location is right off of the Green Line E train, 8 minute walk from Longwood Hospital Area (BWH, DFCI, BIDMC, BCH) and 15 minute ride away from Northeastern, MCPHS, Harvard Public Health. Laundry available not even 1 minute walk a few buildings down the street, open 7 days/week. Parking available behind building in a lot we have use of. Lease starts Sept 1 2020, runs for a full year. The three other female roommates work in science/healthcare so everyone has their own thing to do/isn’t sitting around the place all day. Everyone is friendly and neat, we share household chores so the place stays clean.
