Pets must be quiet and cat-friendly (I have a indoor/outdoor cat) and be house trained. $30/Month additional rent per Pet. Dogs must be less than 20 LBs. Larger dogs negotiable. No caged birds, no fish.
Refundable Security Deposit $650. Refundable Pet Deposit $30 per pet.
