My roommate and I are looking for another roommate to fill the 3rd bedroom in our house. We are both in our early 30s, have “adult” jobs, keep pretty normal hours during the week, and socialize on the weekends. We are looking for another young professional type, who is friendly, responsible, and well kept. The house is located in La Jolla, just up the hill from Pacific Beach, with Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, and Gelson’s all a short ride away. The room is nicely sized for a queen bedroom set, has its own private bathroom, and a large closet with dual-sliding doors. We have a spacious sunny kitchen and a small backyard with a BBQ and patio set. Street parking is very safe and always available.
