Hello! We have a quite and cozy 3/2 house near Tampa Catholic High School. You get your own room, and the bathrooms are shared. One is a big bathroom and the other bathroom is a 1/2 bath. It is a great spot of your looking to drive to USF or work in Downtown Tampa. Has a back yard, screened in porch, 2 living rooms and a kitchen. Your room has a closet as well.

2 people live in the house, one being me. I am in the healthcare field and my roommate is in hospitality. We are looking for a female who is professional and clean. We don’t throw parties at our house, but we do go out for drinks from time to time in downtown and Seminole heights.
