I need a roommate! I found an incredible apartment on Maplewood and Peterson. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You will get the master and your own full bathroom! $800/mo. There’s a yard and laundry. The place is huge. Living room, full separate dining room. The kitchen is massive, stainless LG appliances, TONS of cabinet space. The place is so big we don’t really have to hang out if we don’t want to! 1450 square feet. :-D Side note, I’m a pretty good cook and I share. It will be just the 2 of us, no third roommate. There’s room for your furniture. Otherwise we can furnish this place together. I’m female. I am open to any gender roommate, though female might get preference. I don’t discriminate age, race, or orientation, etc. Please have a steady income and decent credit score. I have an older, very friendly dog. She probably won’t get along with other pets.
