Jenny's room

We rent this house, so our roommate would have to be added on to the lease. Our lease is up in May and we will be renewing for at least one more year. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in Chino Hills. Bedroom is a good size; able to fit full size bed, small desk, long dresser and a chair. Bathroom is technically shared, but shouldn’t be a conflict. Washer and dryer available for use. Some kitchen shelves available for use as well as fridge space. Street parking available and never a problem to find parking in front of the house. No storage in garage would be allowed. House is located near tons of shopping areas, trails, the 71 and 60 freeways, 11 miles from Mt SAC and 10 miles from Cal Poly Pomona.

We are a friendly mother and daughter duo looking to rent out our 3rd room. We are a Christian family and would prefer someone who is a Christian as well. We both work full time. I work mainly from the office and my mom works from home full time right now. We are very family oriented and love to have them over when possible.
