Joaquin's room

House is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home in private community with 24hr security and HOA land care. Room currently occupied until Nov 1st. ALL bills are included in cost.

You’d have your own room and bathroom. I stay on the other side of the house. I can’t take pictures of the room until the person leaves.

There is 6 parking spots, but if you want an indoor garage spot, its an extra $50 a month. For couples, the room is $1,000 all included.

I am the home owner, a male (26 yrs old) that’s medically retired special operations and currently working as a paramedic in preparation for PA school.
