Luka's room

3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house with large grassy backyard and deck/canopy. The common areas are very spacious including a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining room, and spacious garage. The bedroom is fully furnished and has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo shared with one other roommate. The entire house is outfitted with hardwood floors and central heating and cooling. There’s a lot of room for working from home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Santa Clara. Rent includes landscaping.

Both of us are 1 year into our first jobs out of college, me being an Hardware Engineer and the other being an Computer Scientist at Nvidia – we’re both big into tech. We’re both pretty laid back and keep to ourselves mostly, but do love to BBQ every few weekends and have friends over from time to time. Only one of us is working from home.
