The house is 3bd/2ba (1bd/1ba occupied by me) and resides in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is about 3.5 mi to UNT and 1.6 mi to TWU. It has a driveway but also accommodates street parking if needed. The house has a fenced in backyard with a large wooden deck, so if you’d like to bring your plants this is a perfect place for you. :) The living room and kitchen are both furnished by me and the previous tenants, and you’d be welcome to bring whatever furniture you can fit here. You’d also be welcome to use what you need in the kitchen; I have a blender, toaster, pots/pans etc. One room already has a bed frame + mattress from my roommate that cannot bring it overseas, so first come first serve on that one. The house also comes with a washer and a dryer, and plenty of room in the garage for boxes or unused furniture. The rent + split bills usually amounts to $650.
