Hi everyone. My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend which leaves me looking for a new roommate!

This unit will go fast, it’s a large 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, top floor, end unit with expansive vaulted ceilings and large balcony overlooking a tranquil pond (see pictures) at the popular The Plaza Condominiums in Pacific Beach. Room includes your own gated parking spot and full access to The Plaza’s four pools and hot tubs, gym facilities, and 24 hour security.

Great location! The Plaza is just 10 short blocks to the beach! It’s also literally steps away from pretty much anything you need…. Starbucks, Vons, CVS, Pieology, Walgreens, UPS, Trader Joes, one block away form the bar scene on Garnett Avenue, etc.!

About you: Pay rent on time, don’t bring the party home, respectful, easy going, clean up after yourself, etc.

About me: I work full time, easy going, clean up after myself, and respectful. Have always had good roommate situations and looking forward to another! I also added a picture of myself because it seems like people are doing that these days ;)

Utilities for each person are only $40-50 per month total (including gas, electricity, and internet)! The apartment is ready for move in on April 4th. Please contact me ASAP to schedule a viewing or to ask any additional questions!
