Hello! My name is Mauri. I’m looking for a roommate for the 2020-2021 school year.

It’s a 2Bedroom/1.5 Bath. The apartment is a townhouse style with two levels. The kitchen, living room, and half bath are downstairs, with the bedrooms and full bath upstairs. This apartment is great in terms of location and amenities. It’s only a five minute walk away from Knight Library at University of Oregon. It comes with a washer and dryer in unit and a dishwasher which is a plus! As for the building itself, it is one of ten apartments in the building and it has south/east facing windows that will bring in lots of sunlight in the morning and afternoon. Rent is $650 dollars, plus electric and wifi and the lease is from August 31, 2020- August 30, 2021. This unit will be unfurnished, as I plan on getting furniture upon moving in.

You are preferably a college student too between the age of 20ish-25ish. Your gender and sexuality do not matter at all. This is a safe space for anyone. All that does, is that we click, you are respectful, and mindful when it comes to coronavirus.

As for myself, it is really important that I and yourself feel comfortable in this apartment and are able to use it to maximum potential. I am a African-American 21 year old female, 420 friendly, and I drink occaisionally. I attend Lane Community College, and I intend to take my fall courses virtually. I’m versatile in my music taste and fairly liberal in my political views. I’ve been enjoying painting, anime, and playing the sims as of recently. I like peace and quiet just as much as I enjoy listening to music/watching tv in my living room. I’m very considerate of keeping shared areas approachable in terms of cleanliness, but I am not a neat freak. Good communication is a priority of mine.
