I’m female and live in a 2bdrm apt looking for a female roommate for my 2nd bdrm. -Furnished w a queen bed, 2 dressers, a mirror, ceiling fan w light, and walk in closet. -You will have your own vanity bathroom w full wall mirror, medicine cabinet, and plenty of storage space. -Our complex has a swimming pool, spa, gym, clubhouse, volleyball court, and BBQ area. -Looking to rent the room for 1.5-2yrs. -I have a small 10lb poodle/schnauzer mix. Hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed, and well behaved. -Shared parking space with additional guest parking. -Rent will be $880 plus utilities -Washer and dryer is within our unit on our balcony and there is also a fireplace. We have a shared main bathroom for shower and restroom. -Available April 1st.
