Brewster Street

I am relocating and my beautiful bedroom will be available from April 3rd. The spacious bedroom is located downstairs, can be accessed from the main entrance or its own separate entrance, a private bathroom and a direct access to an outdoor jacuzzi.

The 1st level of the house is the living area with a large open floor - living area, dining area and wide open kitchen, a deck with BBQ grill and Sonos sound system. The 3 other bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and occupied by 3 men in their late 20s/early 30s.

We enjoy spending time together every now and then, whether it’s to watch a basketball game or to cook dinner. All housemates work on a full-time basis and the weekday evenings are usually pretty low-key.

I am also selling my furniture (King bed, TV, shelves and dresser) and would prefer to sell it as a package to the new housemate. Monthly rent will be $2100 with deposit due at move-in.

The 4 bedroom house is located on Brewster Street, it is modern, bright and spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the 101 and 280 highway and only a 10min walk to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores on Cortland avenue.
