Room available in cute and quiet duplex in west Fort Collins. One dog already lives here and other dogs can be considered on a meet & greet basis. Shared bathroom, private room. Furnished kitchen and living room, but items such as silverware, kitchen towels, blankets, etc are not shared. Dog in the house is a friendly and sweet 3 year old (spayed) female husky. She will want to be your best friend so be prepared!

25 year old, queer, hard working gal living here currently ( me! ). I am a nurse and my work days are long. I ask that if our work schedules are opposite, please be mindful to be quiet if I am sleeping when entering the house. I have had a lot of bad experiences with roomies in the past so my list of rules has had to get longer. I am ok sharing expenses for things like paper towels, toilet paper, etc. But please be prepared to use your own laundry detergent, kitchen towels, blankets… I have had to throw away and replace a lot of my personal items due to past roommates using them and soiling them. Although I like to keep the house quiet and peaceful, I am also a total dork and love to have fun.
