150 sq ft Upstairs Room with large Walk-in closet and carpeted floors. Utilities included: Water, Garbage, PG&E, Internet, and Landscaping. Renter would be on a month to month basis. We keep our place clean and we expect our new housemate to do the same.

RENT DETAILS: -Rent + $500 security deposit due at move in. -Month to month with minimum 30 day notice given before move out

I am a 35 y/o working in tech, and my partner is a 28 y/o works for the school district. We are very easy going. We enjoy being outdoors, art projects, cooking, and watching movies at home. We work during the week and like to utilize our weekends with friends, projects and fun. Work schedule’s are M-F from 7am-5pm
