The condo is 5 mins from Pacific Beach and 15 mins from downtown, with easy access to the 5 freeway. Balboa trolley station now open! Available Aug 26th/negotiable.

About the apartment:

*The complex has views of Mission Bay, a pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area and onsite washers and dryers.

*Quiet and safe neighborhood

*Unrestricted, residential street parking. There is one parking lot spot available that the owner uses from time to time - when available, it gets shared among the other roomies based on our schedules. ( A previous roomie also rented a parking spot from another unit, $50/mo)

*The condo has an electric fireplace - being a ground floor unit, it stays pretty cool in the summer.

*One block away there is a strip mall with a restaurant/bar, convenience store with deli, coffee shop and dry cleaners - a short walk away there is another restaurant and a craft beer brewery

• Although it’s a 3br 2ba condo, the person in the 3rd/smallest bedroom is only there 4-5 nights per month and the other roommate splits her time between San Diego and Canada. (You’ll have the condo to yourself a lot of the time.)

• Shared use of kitchen, dining area, patio, lounge room with flat screen TV, renovated guest bathroom

• Master bedroom is available – large room, private bathroom, walk-in closet.

• No pets are permitted.

Master bedroom is fully furnished with desk, bookshelf, TV, Queen size bed, chests of drawers/bedside tables. It is available for $1300 with $1300 deposit. It can also be available unfurnished with sufficient notice - please let me know!

Utilities will be split three ways - $56 Internet/wifi, around $80 SDGE and $60 every 3 weeks for a cleaner (priceless to avoid the #1 cause of roommate arguments!). So figure an extra $65/mo each. If you would prefer to factor that into the monthly payment I’m cool with that as well - assuming we don’t suddenly get a crazy high SDGE bill.

About us: Female professionals, late 30s/early 40s, work weekdays and have weekends off. We treat our home as a sanctuary (not a party house) and are neat, clean and friendly. Good communication and respect towards other people in the home are essential!

About you: Someone who is CLEAN, RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE, easy-going, fun to be around and a non-smoker. No flakes. If you work late nights, that probably won’t work. Looking for people without pets. Professionals preferred, credit check required ($38 fee, non-refundable). Laid-back, neat, social but not a party animal, has their sh*t together, reliable and trustworthy. Females only please, no couples.

The place will be shown by appointment - on Sun Aug 7th, Tues Aug 9th and Mon Aug 15th (or until filled). Initial 3 mo lease, then option to go month-to-month or sign a new 12 month lease (needs to be mutually agreed upon).
