Angelina's room

Hello potential roomies. Unfortunately the site didnt give me an option for what we are looking for in terms of the housing situation. In a nutshell we are looking to find an AWESOME, HONEST, LAID BACK, GROUNDED, CLEAN AND TRUSTWORTHY roomate to sign a lease or month to month with my fiance and I. We found three apartments/duplex that are 2 bed 1.5 bath or 2 bath. All are under $2100.00. We are looking to move ASAP. The areas we are moving to is either South San jose, Willow Glen or Downtown. The moment we find a good roomate we will then meet and or talk over the phone. We will go and look together at the 3 places in person and we would choose together as it is important for ALL of us to choose a place we feel is home. My fiance and I including our friend had already given paperwork etc for a few places and last minute she had to back out due to her military work schedule being in Fairfield. With that said- We were super bummed as we know how hard it is to find someone who is NOT psychotic. We’ve had our fair share of people taking advantage of us or being the the opposite of what they portray. We do not want that ever again. We are afraid of having any one who isn’t a good honest person..so we are careful. Home should be our place of refuge. So no being awkward and hiding in our room or anyone telling you that no cooking is allowed etc. You can cook, you can have guests over, you can drink or 420…The part that comes with this is not to abuse those privelages for the sake of respecting one another. No racism will be tolerated. Communication is key. We should trust one another. We have a big family and sometimes people want to have their family over. We want to create a positive environment so we can have a good quality of life. With so much going on in the world and the day to day struggles we internally deal with, our roomates shouldn’t play a part in adding MORE to that. We sincerely are good people .who care and we are just laid back and are busy alot of the time. We are staying with family while we look to find our match for a roomate. I am hoping and praying to find someone here!

I am 36 and Tyler is 35. Tyler has worked for Starbucks for 15 years. He is also a musician and has been on tour 4 times around the United States. He started playing trumpet at 8 and was self taught guitar after falling in love with Jimmi Hendrix. He is an introvert more so and a listener. He is humbe, very very patient and laid back to the 10th power. He is also into reading. I am 36. I love baking, and have been doing it since I was 9. I volunteer in a nonprofit for foster kids. We make cakes for children who come from low income families and foster kids 2-18. I am a HUGE on kindness and helping others. I also sing blues and soul and my work field is Laboratory services. I like things clean and we both like short road trips as well as trying new recipes at home and watching documentaries …im more so an extrovert however there are times I am very to myself as well. I am big on communication and both of us are the type who are very fair. We just want to live our lives and not worry about someone being everything other than they say they are. Where are you future roomie?!
