Brand new construction home and furnished room only. Unfortunately, everything you bring must fit in the room due to short term lease only (no hanging of decor on the walls in common areas, private bedroom or bathroom). Private room on other side of the house with private bathroom. I work from home full time so would like it to be quiet of visitors mostly during the week, but come and go as you please. The last male roommate and I would grab drinks and dinner whenever our schedules permitted. His lease was cut short due to COVID (he went home to Houston) Front loader washer/dryer. Sweet Australian Shepherd on site; mostly just follows me around but loves spending time with new comers. 4/20 friendly indoor or outdoor (I’m not smoking at the moment but do not mind if you do) Walk in pantry, French door fridge with water/ice in the door. I keep an extremely upscale/modern looking home so I am looking for someone who is able to adhere to that and treat my things with respect. Must be a working professional.

I am 26 years old, first time homeowner, high profile professional and single. I am working on my skydiving license so I’m frequently jumping out of airplanes at 14,000 ft on the weekends. My friend group is rather wild we hit up a ton of happy hours/ lots of bottle service and sometimes the after party does come back to the house with me. I am actually doing about a 60 day cleanse so as of now I’m not drinking or smoking (The speakeasys in Dallas while bars are closed have really created some insane moments), but still catching dinners with friends or losers from online dating apps.
