Seventh Avenue

One of our roommates is Moving and we are looking to rent her room out. We live in a huge 2,200 sq ft loft Downtown in the East Village. 3 bedroom, and a loft upstairs, 2.5 baths, huge laundry room in unit and good sized back patio. Our living room has 30ft ceilings which is pretty awesome! Your bedroom would be in the back of the apartment, you would have a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The building has a courtyard with bbq’s, lounge chairs and a fire pit. The building also houses Neighborhood Bar and Breakfast Republic. This place seriously is a hidden gem Downtown!

We are two professional females between ages 30-40 who are past the party stage but still love to do happy hours and go out to dinner often so we would like a roommate with the same mindset. We have two small dogs, a maltipoo named Chewy & a shih tzu named Trixie. At this time, we are not looking to bring in any other animals.

We preferably want a male but really just want a mature and responsible person who pays their bills on time. Please be clean, respectful and courteous of the common living areas.

Rent would be approx $1,200 per month plus utilities.
