Basement will be ready to be viewed August 29, 2020 We will not be considering males, couples or families** We are looking for a responsible, easy going single female to take over the basement in the townhouse my boyfriend and I are currently renting. The basement is open concept, has its own private full bath, and backyard with a patio area. You will also have your own reserved parking space. There is no kitchen in the basement. The basement does have a sliding glass door that locks from the inside. You are welcome to use the main entrance of the townhouse but you MUST be okay with pets. We have both a dog and a cat. Our dog does not get crated as he suffers from separation anxiety.The main floor is NOT a shared space. The only shared space is the laundry room which is located in the basement. There is a renters application that must be submitted and approved by the landlords. Rent ($575) in addition to a $575 deposit are due prior to your move in date (09/01). Utilities are not included in the rent. If I do not answer, please leave a voicemail otherwise I will not call back.

El sótano estara disponible el primero de septiembre. Tendría un espacio reservado para parquear, el patio trasero, y su propio baño completo. No hay cocina y el piso principal no es compartido. Utilidades no están incluidos en la renta. El sótano tiene su propia puerta corredera de cristal que se encierra por dentro. Puede usar la entrada principal pero tienen que estar confortables con animales. Tengo un pero y un gato. El único espacio que es compartido es el lavadero. Hay un application que tiene que ser aprobado por los dueños de la casa. El depósito ($575) y la renta ($575) tiene que estar pagado antes de mudarse.
