We are located in a gated community with two swimming pools and playgrounds. Looking for someone to rent our room downstairs (furnished with large closet). Private bathroom (occasional use by visitors) and access to living room, kitchen (light cooking) and laundry room.

We are a Christian couple in our early 50’s. Looking for someone who’s quiet, tidy, easy going with positive attitude. No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests.
