In Woodmen Valley, 5 minutes to I-25 and Woodmen exit, but private and treed. Large deck to enjoy the view of Blodgett Peak or the city lights. And, perfect for vegetable or flower gardening. We have a large furnished bedroom (14 x 14) with 2 closets and a bathroom with tub & shower, in our walkout finished basement which is bright and open. Our last renter was with us for 3 years. . Separate entrance, if desired. Shared kitchen upstairs, but refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and food storage in basement for your use. You will also have some food storage in the upstairs, shared kitchen. Shared Laundry Room upstairs. Large downstairs family room with TV can be shared. Great location with easy access to 1-25 for going north or south. No pets…..unless it’s a goldfish😊

This is a family home….but the family is grown. So it’s just my husband and I with one dog - a sweet Toy Aussie, named Kalea. Our grown kids and grandkids live here in the Springs and do come over for dinner, etc, occasionally. Any teachers looking? I’m a retired teacher from District 20 and always enjoy having teachers as renters. Any Christian ministry workers looking? We live close to Woodmen Valley Chapel, Rockrimmon Campus. We are Snowbirds, so you would have the kitchen, dining area and family room to yourself in the Winter months. No drugs or partying, please.
