My four bedroom home is in the Solare Ranch Community and was built in 2018. It is within walking distance of Luke Air Force Base. The house is furnished and renters are welcome to use the washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen and to enjoy the backyard, dining area, comfortable living room, and storage space in the garage. This listing is for the master bedroom suite which has large windows, and is furnished with a full bed, side table, lamp, and armoire. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, water closet, and large walk in shower. The walk in closet has plenty of shelves and hanging bars for clothes. Parking available in driveway.

Must supply 3 references at the time of your interview, one of which must be a current work supervisor. 3-12 month lease available with possibility to extend. $775/month, includes all utilities (water, gas, electric, trash)! $250 security deposit will be refunded at the end of your lease barring any damage.

I am available from September 28 - October 1 for in person interviews only. I run a tight ship, my home is a quiet and calm space, only apply if you are keep a clean living space and don’t have any problems following rules.

I do not live in the home, I have 2 male and 1 female renter in the house, they are all in their early 20s, sweet, quiet, friendly, and kind.
