I have an extra room available for an April 10 move in at Flair Tower. Ideal River North location! You can walk to everything and it’s right next to Brown Line, and fun restaurants and bars. The pictures are from my balcony. The dog pictured belongs to my current roommate and will not be in the apartment. I prefer a female roommate because I’ve had female roommates before and feel it’s an easier living situation. Short term/month to month available. Corner of Erie and Franklin. It’s a one bedroom plus den, the den is available to use as a bedroom. The den is 9’6“x7’2“ so it’s a small room, but big enough to fit a queen size bed. The room is not furnished, however you would have access to the rest of the apartment which is furnished. Building requires a security background check and charges a $60 fee for that. Since I currently live in the building, I can show the building and amenities to anyone interested. The rent you pay is $1000, that includes all bills; electric, gas, heat, cable, and high speed internet and wifi, plus you have access to all the building amenities. You pay for your own food and personal expenses. Building is pet friendly and so am I, however extra fees are involved. For the shared living area I already have a 65“ LED, coffee table, and leather sofa. This might be better situated for someone that doesn’t have a ton of stuff since the room isn’t huge, but I would share space as equally as possible. And the available room doesn’t have a closet, but the main closet which is in the bathroom will be shared. This apartment has one large bathroom and it does has a double vanity so you would have your own sink and drawers. I do have an air mattress available if needed temporarily. A little about me: -39 yr old male, born and raised here. I work mostly evenings until 9 or 10pm so you would have a lot of privacy, and would have the place to yourself quite a bit Monday through Thursday. I’m more of a night person but I’m very respectful and can be quiet. I’m very clean, keep dirty dishes in the dishwasher, wipe down the sink after eating, etc. and looking for someone that is also clean and respectful. I consider myself fun and outgoing. You will often find me at a patio bar with a drink in my hand on a nice day, or going out to restaurants, or happy hour. I love taking advantage of Chicago.
