Looking for a Roommate for a big private bedroom in a 3 bedroom single family home located in a quiet neighborhood— close to the lively Livermore downtown and I’m close proximity to shopping and Hwy 580.
This spacious private bedroom is available on July 1. While having privacy, you can also share rest of the common areas of the house when needed: Living & Dining rooms, backyard patio, kitchen and it’s appliances as well as pots and pans. This room has a sliding glass door that exits to the nice backyard, thus providing you with a private entrance to the room.
Livermore is an awesome place to call home. Full of nature, trails, mountain hikes, vistas, lakes and wineries.
About the roomies
I’m a professional, generally quiet and to myself. I can also be very social and can do stuff that we both enjoy! with you. I work from home now. This is a quiet and prestigious neighborhood In Livermore, known for nature and its wineries.
We share all common areas. And have weekly fun Roomy-Rituals, like Friday Pizza or Livermore Downtown Stroll, Sunday Football, etc.
