Denise's room

The condo is located in Natomas within a gated community, close to a few plazas for grocery shopping and food. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and family oriented. It’s a 2 bed/2 bath single floor condo. You get your own private bedroom and private bathroom. It’s guaranteed designated parking for both you and I, so no need to worry about coming back late and night and roaming for a spot. There’s a small patio outside to chill if you’d like. This place is pet friendly! Feel free to have your furry companion roam around. There are a lot of parks in the area too, and you’ll see people walking their dogs or taking walks along the park. The rent per month would probably be about $900 + utilities as the tenants (you and I) would be covering all utilities.

Hi~ I’m Denise. I’m 25, and I’m looking for a housemate to live with me. I would say I’m pretty chill. I definitely like to keep things clean and organized. I’m very understanding and down to earth, people get busy and things will get messy - I totally understand. I only ask that we have open communication and help each other out.

I will probably be getting a small dog in the near future. Of course I respect your space, and the dog would be in my room or the common area - and wouldn’t be going into your room or bathroom. I do work full time and on weekends as well, so it might seem like you have the house to yourself most of the time.
