Renting private room in a Single family home located in a quiet, friendly and prestigious neighborhood in Livermore! Common areas are shared: living and dining rooms, TV/Cable, kitchen and backyard patio as well as all appliances, pots and pans.

Owner is a professional who is as social as you want him to be. The atmosphere in the house is quiet, friendly and harmonious. Keep it clean. Do your thing, and respect each others’ privacy when they need it.

Also, we can have a few agreed upon fun rituals…such as: Monday Movies, Tuesday Tacos, Friday Pizza, Monthly Barbeque-in-the-Backyard, Walk-in-the-Neighborhood, etc!
