Brittany's room

The house is located in the NW in quiet gated community where my future roommate will have a private bedroom, bathroom, walk-in-closet, and space in the garage to either park their car or use for storage. I live directly across from a beautiful park and neighborhood pool, and I am open to someone bringing a small dog or caged pet (if the pets are clean and do not make messes on the carpet). The house is carpeted with the bedroom upstairs. There is a balcony off the loft that overlooks the park, and the bedroom includes a ceiling fan.

I am a school teacher with a one-year-old son and a very friendly cat. I am clean and organized-although keep in mind, I have a toddler. We are gone all day and home in the evenings and weekends. My son is a heavy sleeper, so there is no need to worry about tip toeing around when he’s asleep.
