Single family, 3 bed 2.5 bath, 2 story house. Private room with choice of north or south facing windows. Semi-private bathroom in hall adjacent to rooms (may also be used for guests if needed). Fully furnished basement. All appliances less than 5 years old. Washer and dryer on site, dishwasher in kitchen. All utilities included in rent (water, electric, internet, sanitation). Sizeable yard and rear deck for entertaining.

I am a single male homeowner in early 30s looking for a roommate and hopefully a good friend. I am a non-smoker, semi-neat freak, and considerate of those I live with. I am a good cook and enjoy preparing and eating meals with others over conversation. I enjoy watching shows and movies online as well as live streams on Twitch and playing video games when I have a chance. I currently work third shift, so I keep some odd hours, but I am looking at making a career change (hopefully soon) that will put me back on a daytime schedule. I believe the key to successful relationships of all kinds is open and honest communication regardless of the topic and I am constantly looking for ways to improve myself and help others.
