Looking for someone to take over my lease! $625 month.
I’m an international student and I decided to move back to Europe, and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease, starting in September/October. The apartment is close to S. rural Rd with E. Alameda Dr, a perfect location, 10 min by bike to ASU.
The rent is $625 month and includes bills and wifi. It’s a 3-bedroom apartment and you will live with two other roommates. The apartment is completely furnished, and I can keep my bedroom furnished (bed, lamp, bedside furniture and dresser) or I can take the furniture out.

It’s a 3-bedroom apartment and you will live with two other roommates – they keep the apartment very clean and are super friendly. One of the roommates has a really cute cat :)!
