I have one room available in a two-story home. The house is in a gated community called Arboleda, and it is very close to freeways, restaurants, movie theaters and gyms. The bedroom is upstairs, has a walk-in closet, and good natural light . You would have full access to the main living spaces, backyard, HOA amenities (pool, clubhouse, gym, ). Interested applicants will need to fill out a rental application and pass a background check. If approved, tenants will need to sign and acknowledge the rental lease agreement that will be provided. Rent would be $600.00 with most utilities included. PGE will be split evenly.

I am a 43 years old professional who is looking for a responsible person to share a house. I work as a high school teacher and as a college professor as well.
